Trip details needed to organise your expedition: preferred dates, group size, trek selection and any notes you add (dietary needs, medical considerations, equipment rental).
Permit paperwork: for Letters of Invitation and trekking permits we may need passport details, exactly as required by Pakistani immigration and the Gilgit-Baltistan authorities.
Basic technical data: pages visited and device information, collected through standard, privacy-friendly analytics to help us improve the website.

How We Use It

To respond to your enquiries and confirm trek availability, pricing and logistics.
To prepare your booking, Letter of Invitation (LOI) and government trekking permits.
To coordinate your expedition: hotels, transport, guides, porters and equipment in Skardu and on the trail.
To send essential trip updates. We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who We Share It With

Pakistani immigration and tourism authorities — only the details legally required for your e-visa support letter and trekking permits.
Our local service partners in Pakistan (hotels, transport providers) — only what is needed to deliver your trip.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
